Intuitive Coaching (45 Minutes) ~ Zoom or Phone ~ Sometimes you don't need someone to simply tell you what they're picking up — you need space to understand what you're experiencing, work through it, and figure out what to do with it. Intuitive Coaching is a one-on-one session designed to help you better understand yourself, your intuition, your patterns, and what's happening beneath the surface. Maybe you're developing your intuitive or mediumship abilities and don't know what to trust. Maybe you keep finding yourself in the same patterns, relationships, or emotional cycles. Maybe you're working through triggers, boundaries, shadow work, energetic sensitivity, or a major shift in your life and want another perspective. Or maybe you're simply thinking, "What the hell is happening to me?" That's where we start. Unlike an intuitive reading, where the focus is primarily on the information and messages I receive for you, coaching is collaborative. We talk. We explore. I ask questions. We look at what's happening from an intuitive, energetic, emotional, and practical perspective — and work toward understanding what may actually help you move forward. Depending on what you bring to the session, we may explore: Developing and trusting your intuitive or mediumship abilities Understanding how your intuition communicates with you Energetic sensitivity, boundaries, and discernment Patterns, triggers, blocks, and shadow work Relationships and personal dynamics Spiritual growth, awakening, and life transitions Getting out of your own way when you already know something but aren't acting on it Creating practical next steps that actually feel aligned with you You don't need to have everything figured out before you come. Bring what's happening, what's confusing you, or what you want to work on — and we'll start there.
